How do credits work?
Credits are used for AI-powered features like chat, document generation, and file processing. Each action uses a set number of credits. Your credit balance is shared across your entire team.
Do starter credits expire?
No! Your 500 starter credits never expire. Use them at your own pace. Pro subscription credits refresh monthly. Unused credits don't roll over.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can still access your files and documents, but AI features will be paused. You can buy a credit pack anytime or upgrade to Pro for monthly credits.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade to Pro anytime. If you downgrade, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. Any purchased credits remain in your account.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You start free with 500 credits, no credit card needed. Add a card only when you choose to upgrade to Pro or buy more credits.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing is available with a 20% discount ($115.20/year instead of $144). You'll receive your monthly credits each billing cycle.
